The University of Tennessee, College of Architecture & Design

The University of Tennessee’s College of Architecture and Design’s mobile display panels provide 32 mobile units for showcasing students’ studio work. The design incorporates storage, pin-up space and a flip-up model shelf. We built prototypes and custom fabricated the units in steel and homasote on casters. The lids on the lower cabinets are mounted with gas shocks for access to enclosed storage and can be used as a model shelf when flipped up.
